Custom Backyard Spaces is now Epic Hot Tubs! We are excited to announce our new name, which better reflects our company. We are still extremely committed to providing our customers with the highest quality hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas for their backyard space. We look forward to continuing to serve you under our new name.
Grand Opening Event
On Friday, October 7th, 2022 at 12 and 2PM the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce will be at our new Wake Forest Road location for the ribbon cutting ceremony! We are excited to take this step as a company and welcome you to come celebrate with us!
Dimension One Tent Event
We are also excited to be hosting a Dimension One Spas tent event Friday-Sunday October 7th – 9th! We are super excited to be hosting one of our favorite spa manufacturers and it’s a great time to talk to some of the best in the spa business! We will have exclusive deals on Dimension One spas that are only available in-person October 7th – 9th!
Food and Beverages

New, Better Locations
This is more than just a name change, we’re growing! We are opening up new Raleigh and Durham showrooms. Not only does this mean that you’ll be able to find us more easily, but it also means that we have more space to showcase our wide selection of hot tubs.
The new Raleigh location is located right off Wake Forest Road in northeast Raleigh across from the Walmart Supercenter near US-1 and 401. Being in a more populated area and off of a main road, our new location should be much more convenient for our Raleigh customers to locate!
The new Raleigh location is spacious and will showcase our wide selection of hot tubs and swim spas! Epic Hot Tubs will be one of the only spa showrooms on the east coast to have live swim spas on display! We will have over 20 unique spas on display for you to come check out!
