Custom Backyard Spaces is now Epic Hot Tubs! We are excited to announce our new name, which better reflects our company. We are still extremely committed to providing our customers with the highest quality hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas for their backyard space. We look forward to continuing to serve you under our new name.

Grand Opening Event

On Friday, October 7th, 2022 at 12 and 2PM the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce joined us at our Wake Forest Road location for the ribbon cutting ceremony! We were proud to take this step as a company and celebrate the grand opening of our Raleigh showroom.

Dimension One Tent Event 

We also hosted a Dimension One Spas tent event Friday through Sunday, October 7th – 9th, 2022! It was great to host one of our favorite spa manufacturers and give customers a chance to talk to some of the best in the spa business. We offered exclusive in-person deals on Dimension One spas that weekend.

Food and Beverages

Guests joined us for an epic experience with delicious food and drinks! The Kono Pizza food truck catered from 12PM to 4PM on Friday, October 7th 2022, serving up their unique and delicious coned pizza. It was the perfect time to enjoy some food and check out the hot tubs and swim spas on display.

New, Better Locations

This was more than just a name change, we were growing! We opened new Raleigh and Durham showrooms, and have since grown to five North Carolina showrooms in Raleigh, Durham, Sanford, Charlotte, and North Charlotte. That means it is easier than ever to find us, with more space to showcase our wide selection of hot tubs.

The Raleigh location is located right off Wake Forest Road in northeast Raleigh across from the Walmart Supercenter near US-1 and 401. Being in a more populated area and off of a main road, it is convenient for our Raleigh customers to locate!

The Raleigh location is spacious and showcases our wide selection of hot tubs and swim spas! Epic Hot Tubs is one of the only spa showrooms on the east coast to have live swim spas on display, with over 20 unique spas for you to come check out!
