We set the delivery date with you, and in-stock hot tubs and swim spas can go out fast to Charlotte, Pineville, Matthews and Fort Mill. We do not pick the day until your model is confirmed and the site is ready. A clear path, a solid base and power from a licensed electrician all change the date we can come. When those are set, we put the date in writing with the model you chose.

You need a level, solid base, such as a concrete pad, and a dedicated electrical circuit installed by a licensed electrician. A swim spa also needs a clear path for the delivery truck, and a large one can need a crane. We talk through site prep with you before delivery day, including the path, the pad and the power. Bring a photo of the yard to the Pineville showroom when you choose the model.

Our own technicians fix your hot tub or swim spa after you buy. Call the Pineville showroom at 704-242-0000, or start on the Charlotte repair page. You can also use our repair page. We repair most hot tub brands, including brands we do not sell. Tell us the model and what the spa is doing. We call you back and set a visit. This is the same service team that helps with leaks, parts and water care.

Yes, the crew walks you through the water and the starter chemicals before they leave on delivery day. That walk-through comes with the delivery. You do not have to ask for it as an extra. If the water looks off later, call the Pineville store at 704-242-0000. Staff help you get the chemicals right. You can also use the water care page.

We confirm the exact model and every option in writing before we set your delivery date. You keep that list and match it to the spa when it arrives. The cover, the cover lifter, the steps and any other option you chose are written down, so you and the crew share the same order. If you change your mind, we update the list before delivery day. We deliver the spa that matches the list you confirmed.

Ask the team which plan fits the model you want, because the terms come from the lender after you are approved. You can sit in the spa and talk through the plan on the same day.
