My family and I are planning to move into a new home next year so I spoke with Epic Hot Tubs a few weeks ago about their hot tub installation process. They were very informative, professional, and helpful!

Epic Hot Tubs was TERRIFIC! Johnna made me feel valued and took her time to explain the different Hot Tub to me. She even had me to seat in one to see where the water would hit me since I am a little short. If you are thinking about getting a hot tub go see Epic Hot Tubs. Everyone at Epic HoT Tubs is amazing!… They were so accommodating and held the tub for us until the deck was ready. After the delivery, we had a small leak from one of the air diverters and Manny came out the next morning to fix it. While he was here, he was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and even walked me through the basics of water maintenance. I would 100% recommend buying a hot tub from Epic Hot Tubs because not only were the prices great but the post-sale service was exceptional as well!
