Questions About Buying a Finnleo Sauna
Where can I buy a Finnleo sauna in North Carolina?
Contact Epic Hot Tubs in Raleigh, Durham, or Sanford for help comparing Finnleo models and pricing. Call ahead to confirm which models are on display before visiting.
How much does a Finnleo sauna cost?
Pricing varies by model, size, heating system, and custom options. Check individual product pages for listed prices or request a quote. Ask what your quote includes for delivery and assembly, and budget separately for any required site preparation or electrical work.
What is the difference between traditional and infrared Finnleo saunas?
Traditional saunas use a heater and stones to heat the room. Infrared saunas use panels to deliver radiant heat directly to your body, typically at a lower air temperature. Your preferred heat experience, available space, and the individual model’s requirements can help guide your choice.
Can a Finnleo sauna be installed outdoors?
Choose a model specifically designed for outdoor installation. Indoor models should not be assumed suitable for outdoor use. Before ordering, confirm the model’s requirements for its base, weather protection, electrical supply, and installation clearances.
What electrical supply does a Finnleo sauna need?
Electrical requirements vary by model and heater configuration. Check the exact model’s voltage, amperage, circuit, and connection requirements in its current installation manual. A qualified electrician can confirm whether your existing supply is suitable or needs changes.
How do I choose the right sauna size?
Consider how many people will use it and whether you prefer sitting upright or stretching out. Compare bench layouts and interior measurements alongside the sauna’s exterior dimensions. Also check ceiling height, door clearance, and the delivery route.
Can I customize a Finnleo sauna?
Explore custom Finnleo saunas for options such as interior styles, bench layouts, doors, glass, lighting, heaters, and controls. Available combinations depend on your design and installation setting. Share your measurements and ideas with Epic to discuss your project.
Does Epic provide sauna delivery and assembly?
Contact Epic to confirm delivery and assembly options for your model and address. Before ordering, request a written breakdown of included services, access requirements, additional charges, and who is responsible for site preparation and electrical work.
What warranty comes with a Finnleo sauna?
Warranty coverage depends on the product, component, and residential or commercial use. Review the warranty documents for your selected model to understand coverage periods, exclusions, and claim requirements. Ask Epic to clarify applicable coverage before purchasing.
