How Building a Custom Sauna Works

Send Epic your dimensions, photos, and any construction or renovation plans. Tell us whether you’re planning an indoor or outdoor sauna, how many people will use it, and which design options interest you.
2. Review your sauna design
Work through the layout, materials, benches, doors, heater, and controls. Finnleo reviews the proposed design and prepares a CAD drawing for approval before manufacturing.
3. Confirm your package and quote
Review the selected components, pricing, and delivery arrangements. Confirm what’s included and which preparation or installation services need to be arranged separately.
4. Prepare the site and install your sauna
Confirm who will handle site preparation, sauna installation, and electrical work. For outdoor projects, include the base, enclosure, and weather protection in the project plan.

Standard Interior
Choose cedar, hemlock, or spruce walls and ceilings. Cedar and hemlock interiors feature matching benches; spruce pairs with Abachi benches. Includes a standard two-bar backrest with LED lighting. Bench skirts are optional.
Twilight Interior
Cedar walls and ceiling pair with Abachi benches and heat-treated Alder bench fronts. Two-tone, five-bar backrests and matching bench skirts create a coordinated look, with LED backrest lighting.
Centurion Interior
Taika walls contrast with a hemlock ceiling and wide-board hemlock benches. A two-bar, wide-board hemlock backrest includes LED lighting.
Deco Interior
Hemlock walls, ceiling, and benches feature heat-treated Alder accents. A three-bar, wide-board backrest includes LED lighting, while an upper bench and lower platform define the seating layout.

Laava
A floor-standing electric heater designed for larger sauna rooms and commercial applications.

Finnleo Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Finnleo sauna components are backed by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Coverage depends on the equipment, residential or commercial use, and the applicable warranty terms.
Review the warranty for covered components, labor provisions, exclusions, and claim procedures. Site preparation, construction, and installation services should be addressed separately in your project proposal.
Finnleo instructs original purchasers to register their warranty within 60 days of the original installation.
