Office Manager Needed in the Triangle Area
Office Manager for Hot Tub & Swim Spa Stores in Raleigh & Durham, NC
Epic Hot Tubs is a newly opened hot tub, swim spa and sauna dealer in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for an office manager with QuickBooks online invoicing experience. This position will be responsible for scheduling jobs for our repair team, invoicing clients for repair work, sending reminders of past due invoices and monitoring/re-ordering office supplies.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Work with dealers to order products
- Help customers with questions about products, scheduling and more
- Use POS system to track financial information
- Schedule jobs for our hot tub repair technicians
- Invoice clients for the repair work completed
- Sending reminders of past due invoices
- Monitoring and re-ordering office supplies
- Analyze sales and assist with implementing new policies, marketing strategies, promotions, etc.
Position Requirements
- 1 Year Quickbooks Online Experience (Preferred)
- 1 Year Scheduling Tehcnicians (Preferred)
- Managerial Experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to commute to showroom
- Experience in a retail setting
- High level organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
