Hot Tub Technician for Hot Tub & Swim Spa Stores in Raleigh and Durham
Epic Hot Tubs is a hot tub, swim spa and sauna dealer in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for an experienced spa technician for repair projects. The ideal candidate has hot tub, swim spa, and/or swimming pool repair and/or maintenance experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform routine spa and pool maintenance and water treatment
- Troubleshoot and repair hot tubs, swim spas and swimming pools
- Schedule and map your repair schedule, manage your own time efficiently
- Work with office manager to ensure parts, supplies and customer products are ordered and delivered on time
- Track and document jobs with a high level of organization and detail
Position Requirements
- 3 Years Spa/Pool Repair Experience (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Knowledge of our products (hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, swimming pools) or willingness to learn
- Must be able to commute to showroom
- High level organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
